TUTTI DORMONO, TRANNE ME.
EVERYBODY'S SLEEPING, BUT ME. Flights at six in the morning are the worst for who, after few days or a week between beaches and discos of Algarve, has to wake up at 4am to take one of ours cheap flights to Northern Europe.

Today's destination is Skavsta, close to Stockholm, and my beloved Swedish passengers today seem to be in a coma. My crew also sleeps, and I behold them, flying more on imagination's wings than on those of the Boeing 737, practically my second house. On the other jumpseat seats K., a very cute blonde Portuguese, subtle body and slender and well-rounded legs. Her head lies on a pillow that she put on her knees. She's beautiful, sensuous. Whilst I stare at her I think that life should be easier, like in dreams, and everything should be allowed, especially in-flight sexual fantasies. She should stop sleeping,
lift her head up and stare into my eyes with a catty smile, then unloose her hair and softly shake the head, wave motion like, as a cat ready to pur. Then maybe, softly, she should ask me to give her a massage. And, while everybody sleeps hard, my fingers would run light on that slender neck, smooth as the one of Canova's Psiche, would round her shoulder in a pure touch, like a potter's one, and so the hips so perfectly clinged in that horrible blue skirt which few colleagues -and she's amongst them- can wear without losing a gram of their womanliness.

Romanticism

We could do many things in an aircraft whose passengers are all asleep. The four Swedish girls in the last row remind the best Lolita of Stanley, sleeping in couples one above the other they show the skin recently kissed by the Portuguese sun. From light and scanty clothes peeps in now the hint of an unripe bosom, now things as smooth as the marble of the Pietà, now a firm and appealing buttocks, mighty ode to the power of seductive instinct that every day we have to stifle under the blanket of social rules and morale. These quiet girls give off sex, like they were four Grazie painted by the alchemy of a Renaissance's artist, gift to men to not forget about the majesty and bounty of the nature. Oh yes, sometimes we should slip into our fantasies...

-- | Tiny things

DOMATTINA VOLO A BILLUND.

26 | One man army

ALSO A SUNNY DAY COULD BRING BAD NEWS. Today is hot like a summer day in Valencia and it should bring happiness, but I am angry enough to feel as a one man army. We all experienced this feeling in particular moments of our lives, the feeling to be always fighting against something or somebody, or maybe just against the seeming unavoidability of the fate.

VALENCIA | Ay papi, bienvenido a Miami!

Recently I feel more often this percept, this feeling small but powerful like a borning flame. Obviously that's due to the fact that in less than one month I will be jobless, even if for few weeks. This outlook pushes me to look for any possible alternative solution, but in the vacuity of my ******* that's like to swim upriver.
Anyway looking at the glass as half full I cannot do without thinking of my ex-colleagues who are still working in the dark heart of Belgium or the poor ones confined in the gulags in England, Ireland or Germany, assigned to fly amongst ices and fog and convicted to see the Sun only during the short turnarounds in Spain or Italy, when it happens. In spite of all the problems we have in the ******** **** I would not be in their shoes. If you want an idea of the Belgian beauty just have a look at this video in which I captured an ordinary day of my short but chilling stay in Belgium...

Yesterday I received two unpleasant letters, one of the Ministerio de Fomento and one from the *****-****** **** **********.
The first one is about my request of ratification of my flying license which I delivered over to the Ministerio when I went to Madrid few weeks ago. To get the TCP, the document which allows me to work for a Spanish airline, I need a certificate from my ******** which states that my training complies the European standards, but at the moment I have only a blue sheet which looks more like a Mercadona's leaflet, no offense to Mercadona. So I wrote a letter asking for this certificate, not even hiding my **** ** ***** *** ******* whenever I will get a better chance and tomorrow I will handle it to my **** **********. Time will tell...

The second letter is almost a reply to our six months transfer request to Madrid and it says that I and Capitan Levante do not have many chances since a lot of cabin crew working in the UK bases already applied for a permanent transfer to the sunny Spain's capital, and they will probably have priority. This means, besides an umpteenth evidence of the ugly life style in England&Co., also that I will have to look for a busywork in November and December, or to **** *** ******* ******** ****** for an ******* **** **** ******* **** *** ******* *** ***** *********, ****** our one does daily.

As any good Dark Knight would do I do not surrender and I will keep on fighting as much as I can, like I was a one man army...

24 | Somewhere in the sky

SOMETIMES I THINK OF HOW WEIRD MY JOB IS. Also when I surf the net and I find videos like this one I realize that it's even more strange than I thought. This represents the daily air traffic in Europe and I'm often inside one of those red spots!

23 | An out of ordinary ordinary day

OGGI E' STATO UN GRAN GIORNO. Non come quello della canzone di Ice Cube -"Everything is alright/I got a beep from Kim and she can fuck all night"- però un giorno che sa di futuro.
TODAY IT WAS A GOOD DAY. Not like Ice Cube's one, where "Everything is alright/I got a beep from Kim and she can fuck all night", but a day that speaks of future.
Capitan Levante woke me up at 11:00 and told me to check the
latest memo: they're looking for people who want to go work in Madrid's base, where in November they'll have two new aircrafts.

After a quick evaluation we decided to ask the transfer to the Spanish capital for at least six months. There are many good sides: we could run away from all these opportunist faggots, we could be rude with Valencia's bosses fitting the Dark Knight's style, we should not go for six weeks in unpaid annual leaves and we could live the famous nightlife of Madrid.
When we told it to our boss she did a fruitless try to keep us here, even checking if our sales recently are good, but in the end she had to send an email to her bosses. She added that in Madrid we could not have the pleasure to see her beautiful smile anymore, then I replied that I would be so happy to stay if she adds two grands to the beautiful smile. Anyway by the end of today, within tomorrow at most, we should know our destiny.

Then I went to buy a new laptop, since the stupid HP is not working properly. I bought an Acer Aspire One...this time Taiwanese technology with Linux OS (finally I can try it!) and small LCD screen. I could buy it only because with my bank I can pay it by instalments, it works differently than that shit of Bank of Ireland where I am forced to get my payslip.

MADE IN TAIWAN | Il mio nuovo Acer Aspire One

O oceano, a rugir d'amor!
Also late in the evening I had a good time: I went to the Escuela Official de Idiomas, where the classes already started, and I spoke with Ana, the teacher of Portuguese, who told me that I can attend her course even if I'm not registered. So I had my first class and I will surely attend the next ones in case I will not get my transfer to Madrid. O oceano, a rugin d'amor!
